Congratulations on growing! When you add your 6th team member, we'll send you a friendly reminder to upgrade to the Business plan. You'll have 30 days to add a payment method. During this time, your team can continue submitting pulse scores normally - we keep collecting your valuable data so nothing is lost.
What happens after the Business trial?
After your 30-day Business trial, you'll need to add a payment method to continue accessing dashboard reports. Don't worry - we keep collecting data securely in the background, so when you're ready to subscribe, all your insights will be waiting for you.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We are GDPR compliant, use AES-256 encryption at rest, and host data in secure regional centers (UK South for UK customers).
Can I cancel anytime?
