Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SentioPulse ("the Service"), operated by Futura Cloud Consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Description of Service

SentioPulse is a software-as-a-service platform that enables organisations to collect employee sentiment data through weekly pulse surveys. Responses are linked to individual staff members within your organisation to enable meaningful follow-up conversations and support.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  • One organisation may have multiple administrator accounts.

4. Free Trial & Billing

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all Business plan features. No credit card is required to start the trial.

After the trial, you must add a valid payment method to continue accessing dashboard reports. If no payment method is added, your account enters "Vault" mode: surveys continue to run, but dashboard access is paused until payment is restored.

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the then-current rate. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm employees or any individuals.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.

6. Data Ownership & Processing

Your organisation retains ownership of all employee data and survey responses uploaded to or generated within the Service. Futura Cloud Consulting processes this data solely to provide the Service and as instructed by your organisation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Futura Cloud Consulting and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futura Cloud Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your admin dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify account administrators of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
